FAQ's - Holiday Club

You must register using the registration form to take part in this club.

poponin works in a way that enables everyone to use their services when needed and convenient to you.  You do not have to sign up for extended periods. Once registered you can call upon the services as and when you need them.

Holiday Creative Club needs to be booked and paid for no less than 48 hours in advance.  If you need a club at short notice this is subject to availability; please call 01273 833393 or email.

Holiday Creative Club is available from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm – if you need a later pickup please just ask.  If you wish to drop off later than the advertised start time please let us know.  When dropping off later than the advertised start time does not change the advertised finish time, unless agreed prior.  Full Day Club: 9.00 – 5.00, Short Day:  9.00 – 3.00, 3 Hour Flexible Club: any 3 hours.

How Long Can I Club For: poponin clubs are available to all ages.  Those aged 4 are welcome to start at 3 hours, when attending with an older sibling, and work up to a stay of up to 4 hours until they turn 5 years old and are attending Year 1 at school.  Short day clubs can be attended by those age 5 years upwards, provided they are attending Year 1 at school. Full day clubs are only available to those aged 6 years plus.

poponin charges for Clubs: Full day £44.00 per person, Short Day £30.00 per person, 4 Hour Club £24.00 per person, Flexible Club (3 Hours) £18.00 per person, 1 Hour £10.00 per person.  All clubs are payable in advance and at the time of booking. Unpaid sessions are not fully secure.  Non payment could result in bookings being removed due to high demand. Please be aware missed bookings are not refunded as we will have turned away bookings.

If staying for a full day or half day please provide your child with a pack lunch.  Please follow the schools guidelines with regards suggested content and non content. Thank you.

poponin ‘drop and go’ pricing: our drop and go model can be utilised at short notice subject to availability.  This service allows any one aged 5+ to stay unaccompanied and under the supervision of the poponin team.  Anyone aged 4 years can remain unaccompanied and under the supervision of the poponin team up to 4 hours, when attending with an older sibling. We recommend 3 hours in the main, but if your child is close to 5 years then 4 hours.  Drop and go is priced at £10.00 per hour per person for studio time.  After the 1st hour charges are applied in increments of 1/2 hours.

poponin’s core team are DBS checked to an Enhanced level.

poponin’s core team are First Aid Qualified.

All children must be registered at poponin to take advantage of this service

poponin by nature of what we do, is not required to be Ofsted registered BUT we embrace their guidelines.

poponin is fully insured for the service we provide.

poponin offers all children snacks and drinks throughout their visit, in their time frame and when they are hungry or thirsty.

poponin has a small courtyard area where we encourage the children to take lunch, weather permitting.

poponin purposefully limit the numbers of ‘clubbers’ each day to ensure ‘clubbers’ have a very enjoyable time in a relaxed and fun environment. For this reason, during holiday times if you want to be part of the holiday club we strongly recommend booking.

To ensure our level of flexibility can be maintained we do appreciate as much notice as possible if you have made a booking and can’t make it; in case some-one else needs poponin’s assistance last minute.  Please be aware missed bookings are not refunded as we will have turned away bookings.
